The all-new 2025 Toyota CAMRY made its debut in the ASEAN region, launching for the first time in Singapore. This model is exclusively available with a 2.5-liter hybrid engine, delivering a maximum power output of 228 horsepower. The launch in Thailand is scheduled for October 2024.
Codenamed XV80, the Singapore version of the 2025 Toyota CAMRY is offered in a single variant: the HEV Elegance. This model is powered by a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder A25A-FXS hybrid engine paired with an electric motor, together producing a combined output of 227 horsepower. Power is transmitted to the front wheels through an E-CVT automatic transmission.
According to Toyota Singapore’s website, the vehicle boasts an average fuel consumption of 5.1 liters per 100 km (19.6 km/l) in Combined Mode, with CO2 emissions of 115 g/km.
While the 2025 CAMRY uses the XV80 body code, the design of the A-pillars and front door edge lines remain consistent with the previous XV70 model. This suggests that engineers may have refined the existing design, extending the wheelbase by an additional 5 millimeters.
The Singapore version comes fully equipped with standard features, including LED lighting throughout, a panoramic sunroof, 18-inch alloy wheels, 8-way power-adjustable front seats with memory, a 12.3-inch driver information display, a Head-up Display, and a Digital Mirror rearview mirror.
The infotainment system features a 12.3-inch touchscreen with support for wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto (via USB cable). It also includes “Hey Toyota” or “OK Toyota” voice commands, onboard navigation, a 360-degree camera, a wireless charger, and a 9-speaker JBL audio system.
The 2025 Toyota CAMRY’s price in Singapore is set at 246,388 Singapore dollars, approximately 6,450,000 baht, excluding the COE (Certificate of Entitlement), which is auctioned separately and can add several million baht to the final cost.
